Our house is located very quiet and sunny, surrounded by green and trees with wonderful view over Ortisei and the Dolomit mountains.

Only 10 walking minutes from centre, escalator and ski lifts. In the winter the ski bus stop is 100 m away from our house and the ski bus will take you in only a few minutes to the most important ski lifts and cable railways with connection to the beautiful Sellaronda.

In our immediate neighbourhood there is the cable rail of Rasciesa with an adventurous toboggan.

It is an ideal starting point for short walks, mountain excursions and bike tours. For the well-being of our guests we offer the possibility to sun and relax and to swim in the outdoor swimming pool.

We are placed to offer a panoramic terrace, lawn, ski depot with ski boots heater, bike deposit, washing machine, garage and parking.
